The Benaroya Company's roots are in Seattle's South End industrial market. In the early 1960's, we began building quality industrial buildings in prime locations. We continue to be active in the South End with newer developments in Sumner, Fife, and our 92-acre data center & office campus at South Hill in Puyallup.
